New Real Money iPad Poker App From Terminal Poker

It has been a busy week for real money mobile poker.  First Bwin release their first Android poker app and now we have a new poker app for iPads.  The new cash game poker app from Terminal Poker is browser based so it can be played on iPad’s, iPhones and Androids.  The bad news is this new app is not available to US poker players.

We’ve tested the new app on various devices and found it works best on the iPad.  We found the controls a little too small to manage on the iPhone although it does work pretty well on Android smartphones with slightly larger screens.  We have been told by the developers that a new version will be released in the next fortnight that will be compatible with the iPhone.

Terminal Poker resembles Rush Poker from Full Tilt in that it is a fast paced poker format where players are dealt a new hand as soon as they exit from a hand, so there is no waiting around.

At Terminal Poker you can play PL Omaha and NL Texas Hold’m with stakes ranging from €0.02/€0.05 to €0.50/€1. New Fast Paced iPad Poker App from Terminal Poker - Read Full Article

New Real Money Android Poker App from Bwin Poker

Online gambling giants Bwin have released a real money Android poker app that is free to download from their website right now.  Following the closure of Full Tilt Poker this is currently the only real money poker app for Droids.

Google do not permit real money gambling apps so you will not find it in the Android Market.  Instead you can install it from the Bwin website.  Full instructions on how to install the Bwin app can be found here - Read More

The new app offers 3 Texas Hold’em variations, Fixed Limit, No-Limit and Pot-Limit, with stakes ranging from $0.05/$0.10 to $3/$6.

iPoker Network To Release iPhone, iPad & Android Poker App

The iPoker Network, home to poker rooms such as Mansion Poker, Titan Poker, William Hill, CelebPoker, Poker Ocean and Tony G, have announced that they will be releasing a cross platform mobile poker room in the first half of 2011.

The new browser based poker room will run on any iPhone, iPad or Android tablet and smart-phone.  The new mobile poker room will be browser based, so players will not need to download or install an app from either the Apple App Store or the Android Market.

The iPoker Network have cleverly decided to develop the new mobile poker room using HTML5 due to the lack of Flash support on all of Apple’s mobile devices.  Click Here for the Full Story

Rush Poker Mobile Pulled From Android Market

It appears that Full Tilt Poker’s Android poker app, Rush Poker Mobile, has been dropped from the Android Market after only a week.  Doing a search for “Full Tilt Poker” or “Rush Poker” on both the Android Market and App Brain provides zero results.  The QR code also fails to locate the app.

Rush Poker Mobile many have fallen foul of a new guideline for the Android Market, which states “Real gambling is not allowed in Android Market.”  This change in policy by Google will come as a blow to Full Tilt Poker, who only opened up their Rush Poker app to the public last week.

The good news is you can still play Rush Poker Mobile on your android phone by visiting the browser based version of the app at https://mobile.fulltiltpoker.com
